While BI, analytics and PM strategies are focused on financial data and the needs of the finance organization, the CFO plays a key role in enterprise technology decisions. The need for collaboration and education is critical to ensure effective sponsorship of BI investment. Drawing on the Gartner-Financial Executives International Technology Study, this session will explore the CFO perspective on IT and BI platforms and outline ways to enlist the support of the CFO.
